Following a successful BHSS 25, we are excited to announce the 2026 Boston Human Spaceflight Symposium.

Human spaceflight is entering a new era, defined by commercial platforms, long-duration missions, and real human risk. BHSS 26 will bring together experts across medicine, academia, government, and commercial spaceflight companies who are constructing the future of manned space exploration.
